Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Processing Time

At Shewahh, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, during peak seasons, such as festive periods, sales, or promotions, the processing time may take slightly longer due to a higher volume of orders.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST on weekdays, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with further details about the shipment. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. We offer two main shipping options to our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days. This option is the most economical and is ideal for non-urgent orders. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and other external factors, such as regional holidays or unexpected delays from courier services.
  • Express Shipping: For those requiring faster delivery, we offer express shipping, which takes approximately 2-3 business days. This option is best for time-sensitive orders, but please note that it incurs a higher shipping fee than standard shipping.

During the checkout process, you will be able to view the shipping options available for your address, along with the associated costs and delivery estimates. Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are based on the shipping method chosen and do not include the processing time mentioned above.

Once your package is handed over to the courier, delivery times are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier service delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain important information, including the carrier's details and a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated after the shipping label has been generated.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact our customer service team at support@shewahh.com, and we will assist you in locating your order details.

4. International Shipping Policy

At this time, we only ship to addresses within India. We are working towards expanding our shipping destinations to international locations. Once we start offering international shipping, we will update this policy and notify customers via our website and social media platforms.

If you are located outside India and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us at support@shewahh.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request through alternative shipping arrangements.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shewahh is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be applied to your order. All such fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may vary depending on the destination country's laws and policies, and we recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures. If your order is held at customs, we advise contacting the customs office directly for more information. Please note that refusing to pay customs duties or refusing to accept delivery of an international shipment does not qualify you for a refund or reshipment.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that you provide a complete and valid physical address during checkout to avoid any delays in your order's delivery.

7. Damages & Lost Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure that your order is packaged securely, Shewahh is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please ensure you retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods as evidence to support your claim.

If you believe your shipment has been lost or delayed, please contact our customer service team at support@shewahh.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Although we will make every effort to assist, please note that we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

8. Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product, please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information about the process. We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
